Effectively engage the HR Operations activities like record keeping, payroll processing etc.
Closely work with internal stakeholders & leaders like Business CEO, COO, Delivery Head, Program Manager/ Practice Head for HR function and analyze the data
Create HR Dashboard and reports providing information such as staff turnover, engagement reach, survey results etc.
Prepare Annual BU HR Budget and forecasting on manpower plan, attrition, budgetary spent etc.
